Penny Jester, M.Ed., DT
Executive Director & Co-owner
Penny graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a master’s degree in early childhood special education, specializing in early intervention services for young children. As Executive Director at Kidsource Therapy, she has been supervising the provision of pediatric therapy services since 1998. She has worked with DDS, DHS, and the Department of Education for the past 27 years on various committees and workgroups to improve accessibility and efficacy of therapeutic services for families in natural environments.
Corey Tinkle, MS, PT

As a graduate from the Physical Therapy program at the University of Central Arkansas, Corey’s passion has always been to help children become the best versions of themselves. Shortly after starting his career, he quickly learned how important the entire family is to their child’s progress and joined Penny in her incredible work to put families and education at the center of pediatric therapy.
