Counseling Services & Autism Evaluations
Make Mental Health a Priority
Mental health is health. It is important to care for your own mental health and safeguard your child’s mental health and emotional well-being.
If you’re concerned that someone in your family (including yourself) needs counseling or an autism evaluation, your doctor may refer you to our outpatient counseling program. We treat children, adolescents, adults, and families for a wide variety of concerns through in-person appointments and teletherapy. Symptoms may include, but are not limited to:
Reach Behavioral Health partners with Kidsource Therapy to provide multi-disciplinary, comprehensive evaluations for children as young as 24 months of age through adulthood to determine if the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is appropriate.
Our Evaluation Process
1. An in-depth review of evaluation reports, medical records, developmental history, and caregiver reports.
2. A detailed intake interview between parents & caregivers, or patient, and our team.
3. Therapists complete speech-language, occupational, physical, and developmental evaluations as needed.
4. Our psychologist completes a diagnostic consultation, records review, and in-depth staffing.
5. Our team gives recommendations for the patient and their family based on clinical findings.
Know the Signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
If you suspect your young child has Autism Spectrum Disorder, you can use our ASD Symptom Checklist as a guide for discussion with your child’s pediatrician.
A Note from Holly Crutchfield, LCSW, CAS
“As a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Certified Autism Specialist, I enjoy working with children, families, and adults to help identify needs, provide support, and lead patients to their next steps for success. I personally understand how difficult it is to be vulnerable and transparent with others and ask for help to manage all of the struggles. I’m also aware of how difficult it is to be the parent of a child with special needs and how daily struggles impact siblings, parents, schools, teachers, and therapists.
I have spent my entire career working with children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of mental health needs. I recently began working with more special needs parents to help identify and move through daily struggles and address their own mental health needs. I specialize in parenting support, child & adolescent behaviors, and coping skills/behavior modification to target disruptive and defiant behaviors that interfere with daily life.
I long to empower, encourage, and advocate for others. I truly enjoy being a mental health professional and look forward to working with my clients and families to help them see and reach their full potential.”
